We are proceeding to construct a Rural
Development and Social Welfare Centre which will include supply of potable
drinking water, provision of primary school, a general medical service unit, mother and
child care unit, vocational training centre, brick field, diary farm, a meditation
hall-cum-temple and other ancillary units for infrastructural needs. For this purpose an
estimated capital cost of Rs. 6.00 Crores is immediately required.
INCOME TAX EXEMPTION FOR DONATIONS :
All donations exempt from Income Tax under section 80 (G)
of the Indian Income Tax Act.
FOREIGN CURRENCY DONATION :
Sree Satyananda Mahapeeth has permission from Govt. of
India to accept Foreign Currency Donation.

We are preparing to celebrate the Holy Birth Centenary of Sree Thakur Satyananda Dev
throughout the year 2001. Pre-centenary
celebrations and preparation for centenary celebrations are going on in this year.
The proposed activities include:-
- Publication of important literature
- Competitions in schools and music schools
- Audio and video cassettes
- Processions and Satyananda Rathyatra at various places
- Sports competition and flowery drills
- Lectures and Seminars
- Memory temple and activity centre at places of visit by
Sree Thakur.
- Rural Development centre to be established at Ramnagar,
Uttarbhag for benefit of poor village people.
- Foundation stone laying (Shilanyas) of main temple at
master project site.
